Employee self-awareness of the necessity for improving skills enables development and production of high quality products. We continually support the self-development of employees as well as enhance human resource training that is consistently classified in levels from new employee training to executive management training and specialized training in each technology. These commitments are nothing more than a reflection of our company vision to meet customer needs.
For management improvement, we are open to ideas from both within and out of the company such as conducting joint research with universities.
